/p h3About The Opportunity /h3 pHuawei Milan Research Center is looking for a Purchase Order Specialist to support procurement operations and ensure an efficient purchase order management process across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with internal business teams, suppliers, Procurement, HR, and Finance to ensure the timely execution of purchasing activities while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures. If you are well organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. /p h3What will be your main responsibilities? /h3 ul liManage general procurement activities based on the Business Unit's needs; /li liPurchase order related documents preparing, suppliers supporting from the quotation to the billing configuration in the system; /li liMonitoring the ongoing purchase order tracking, to ensure smooth delivery; /li liSupport contract management and Archiving. /li /ul h3What are the skills required for this position? /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Economics/Business Management/ Business Administration; /li liMore than 1-2 year of experience in procurement activities is preferred; /li liProficient with MS Office; /li liFluency in Italian and English, Chinese will be considered a premio; /li liGood interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, experience with Asian business culture will be considered a plus; /li liAutonomy, organization and structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
