Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of **a prestigious Food & Beverage Company **we are looking for a:
**Trade Marketing Expert Off Trade** Under the direction of the Off Trade Director, the Trade Marketing Expert Off Trade cooperates in building the strategy to approach Off Trade helping to identify promotional periods, visibility and in-store activities, distribution plans, and RSP guidelines. She/He helps coordinating the Canvass activities in the day-by-day collaboration with the Sales force contributing to guarantee long-term value growth for the channel. **Key Responsibilities**
- ** Brand Experiences and Activations: s**upporting the Off Trade Director, working closely with Marketing in defining Off Line brand activations accordingly with the brand positioning and the overall commercial strategy, providing a strong and consistent shopper experience to better engage them and build brand loyalty;
- ** Sell-out acceleration**:definition and development of promotional actions by brand (product)/customer/region to hit the objectives of the commercial strategy, providing market insights and intelligence scenarios in support of decision-making;
- ** Retail Sales Prices (RSP)**:providing models, competitive insights,



and market analysis in support of RSP guidelines definition;
- ** Field support: s**hadowing the sales force to ensure a correct implementation to get perfect offline execution of the commercial plans;
- ** Store visits**:monitoring and tracking of the sell-out activities KPIs, to ensure the excellence of execution in the points of sales throughout the country, ensuring proper action plan and gap closing together with NAM and KAM teams;
- ** Evaluation & Analysis**:provide analysis of pre and post-evaluation for all sell-out activities, optimizing in accordance with the evidence, shared with the stakeholders;
- ** Budget**:providing business insights to develop the channel strategy proposing the related A&P; investment, through pre
- and post-evaluations of promotional investment effectiveness and manage the assigned budget consequently. **Requirements & Skills**
- Degree in Economics;
- 4+ years’ experience as a Trade Marketing Specialist / Expert or similar roles;
- Previous experience in Sales Off-Trade channels will be considered a strong plus;
- Previous expertise in the FMCG industry will be considered a plus;
