/p /li lipYou'll stay curious and keep evolving, experimenting with new technologies, exploring open-source tools, and engaging with the broader community to keep us at the cutting edge. /p /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul lipYou're a bData Engineer or Software Engineer who enjoys working with data /b with bstrong Python expertise /b , and you take pride in writing clean, reliable, production-grade code based in solid software engineering best practices. /p /li lipYou've built and operated batch and distributed data processing systems, as well as near real-time streaming pipelines using technologies like Kafka, Flink, or Spark. If you've worked with Databricks, is a big plus! /p /li lipYou're comfortable working with RDBMS and data warehousing, and you understand how to design data models that actually serve business needs. /p /li lipYou care about quality and reliability. You've worked with CI/CD and testing practices for data pipelines, and you're familiar with contributing to infrastructure-as-code setups (Terraform or CloudFormation). /p /li lipAnd last but not least, you thrive in a culture of ownership and collaboration, jumping in beyond your scope to move things forward, and having fun along the way.
