ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY /h3 ul liTake ownership of Unit performance by defining and executing action plans aligned with country priorities and monitoring KPIs to address opportunities and risks in a fast-changing environment. /li liDrive commercial excellence across all channels by steering sales on top-selling, prioritized products and IKEA service solutions while ensuring the Unit is always in excellent shape. /li liUse customer, market and competition insights to adapt commercial actions, responding to local needs, feedback and stock availability. /li liCollaborate closely with the Store Commercial Team, Service Office matrix and PC to ensure strong alignment and the right competence in place to deliver excellent customer experience. /li liRecruit, onboard and develop the team, strengthening sales mindset, product knowledge and service competence while supporting engagement and succession planning. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE /h3 ul liProven experience in Sales, including coordinating resources and supporting team performance delivery /li liKnowledge of Sales techniques, local market and services, Sales Steering, Sales channels, Cycles, Data Analytics and Sales KPIs, PL /li liAbility to make things happen, priorities and make decisions by championing flexibility, speed,
