Your key tasks will be: /p ul liAnswering customers inquiries via ticket system or phone calls; /li liEnsuring customer satisfaction and managing follow-ups; /li liApplying the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. /p pThe ideal candidate has: /p ul liComputer literacy, especially MS Office; /li liFluent level of bEnglish, French and Spanish /b; /li liPrevious experience in contact with customers is a plus; /li liGreat problem-solving and communication skills; /li liExperience of planning complex schedules of activities. /li /ul pIf you can demonstrate that you are customer focused and have the ability to communicate effectively,
