Currently, we are looking for a **Head of Marketing & Communication **for our **office MTIC Intercert**, in **Rho, Italy**. **Main responsibilities**: - Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Set, monitor and report on team goals to CEO
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc) of MTIC Group




- Work closely with sales and marketing teams of each department / area to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
- Coordinate the branding activities of MTIC Group **Additional requirements**: - Communicate appropriately at all levels within the organization
