The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements. /p pWithin the organization of Global Technical Operations / Site Engineering Team, the Project Engineer will be assigned to Plant Projects in API manufacturing site, supporting all the aspects related to Capex Project execution. /p h3Activities and Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage assigned Capex projects throughout all phases: feasibility studies for time and cost estimation, project presentation for budget/GANTT approval, execution phases including preparation of technical specifications, preparation/update of PIDs, procurement of equipment and materials, preparation of mechanical, electro-instrumental and software tender documents, plant construction, final testing and handovers to requesting departments; /li liCooperate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and with other plant functions (Production, HSE, Maintenance, Automation, Quality, Regulatory, etc.) to guarantee project delivery within deadlines, monitoring costs to ensure budget compliance, in compliance with up-to-date technical standard, company policies and adhering to national/EU regulations (e.g., PED, ATEX), and quality standards (cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001). /li liCoordinate external engineering companies and oversee external contractors ensuring adherence to legislative, contractual and technical regulations in the development of assigned projects; /li liProvide periodic reports regarding on-going and completed activities, economic final balances and project progress status; /li liUpdate and transfer project documentation to the site’s technical archive during execution phases; /li liIssue and track purchase requests (PRs), manage vendor relations, draft purchase specifications and verify material compliance upon arrival; /li liCoordinate testing and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)



of new installations; /li liCollaborate with the Maintenance Department on small-scale modifications, plant improvements and utility optimization. /li /ul h3Professional / technical knowledge /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of plant engineering design within the chemical-pharmaceutical sector. /li liSkilled in interpreting technical documentation, including PFD, PIDs, plant layouts and sections, civil engineering drawings and detailed machinery and equipment detailed specifications. /li liKnowledge of applicable technical regulations and Good Engineering Practices. /li liPractical experience with GMP-compliant plant commissioning and qualification within chemical-pharmaceutical environments. /li liExperience with procurement and relevant management systems (e.g. SAP). /li liFamiliarity with workplace safety regulations. /li liProven expertise in budgeting, cost control and Project Management methodologies to ensure project viability. /li liExperience with industrial automation and process control systems. /li liFluent English and Italian /li /ul h3Education and Professional Experience /h3 ul liMSc Degree in Chemical Engineering /li liAt least 4 years of experience in an equivalent role within API production plants (preferred) or an Engineering Company. /li /ul h3Interpersonal Skills /h3 ul liProactive approach / problem solving /li liCoordination attitude /li liCommitment to goals achievement and competence sharing /li liPositive behavior towards changes /li liCommunication skills /li /ul h3Employment Terms /h3 pThe role is classified at Level B under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
