You will support CEVA Logistics’ commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liShipment management: Collect and verify order and shipment information, plan transport (routing), and optimize operational execution. /li liDocumentation: Prepare and manage the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations. /li liMonitoring: Oversee shipments, update data in the transport management system, and handle communications with internal and external stakeholders. /li liInvoicing: Validate documentation, manage internal and external invoicing, and send invoices to customers. /li liReporting: Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards. /li liCoordination: Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements. /li liContribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liProven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies. /li liStrong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation. /li liAbility to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines. /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Salary package /h3 pContract type:
