In this role, you will plan, perform, and execute ETI (Electrical Thermal Incident) assessments on new vehicles, new top hats, new engines, MCA, and serial life modifications, ensuring the process is applied according to standard procedures and milestone expectations. /p pETI assessment involves evaluating the risk of thermal incidents for all electrical and electronic components, the wiring harness, and their installation in the vehicle.
Availability for short business trips within Europe is required. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pDesign Phase: /p ul liEnsure ETI validation on electrical and electronic components in cooperation with the dedicated team /li liSupport digital analysis on wiring harness routing to apply best practices and eliminate ETI risk, in cooperation with Packaging / CCP / wiring harness DRE /li liEscalate blocking points to align with expectations /li liPrepare and release ETI assessment reports for each process milestone /li liExecute ETI physical checks in the production plant to confirm digital analysis (Gemba Walks) /li liContribute to safety assessment for any deviation observed /li liEscalate blocking points and prepare/release ETI assessment reports for each milestone /li /ul pSerial Life: /p ul liSupport plant PQE and RQDV (Routing Quality Design Validation, former CCP) in the risk assessment of serial life issues /li liParticipate in recurrent Gemba Walks in the assigned plants /li /ul pOther activities:
/p ul liContribute to the continuous improvement of the ETI assessment process and design standards through the lessons‑learned process /li liSupport ETI field and laboratory analysis /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering, or a technical high school diploma in Electrical / Electronics /li liKnowledge of AC/DC principles and automotive electrical architecture /liliWiring harness design knowledge /li liFamiliarity with BEV-HEV systems /li liBasic knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes /li li3-5 years of experience in the Automotive industry /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liFrench language, A2 level /li liStrong communication skills and critical/analytical thinking /li liExperience in cross‑functional and international team environments /li liProject and priority management, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement mindset /li liProactive, target‑driven, self‑motivated, and open‑minded attitude /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from €40.000 to €44.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
