Profile

Proven experience in a retail management role. Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on results and performance. Customer-centric approach, with a strong sensitivity to service excellence. Highly organised, structured and attentive to detail in daily operations.

Genuine interest in product knowledge and market trends, with an affinity for premium environments, fashion, art and design. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
