If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. /ph3COMMERCIAL TENDER COORDINATOR /h3pIn this role, you will manage private and public tender in all phases, from participation to award and post-award phases. /ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING /h3ulliAnalysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal /liliAnalysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders /liliPreparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders /liliManagement and preparation of the final tender documents /liliManagement and resolution of potential tender management issues /liliAnalysis, management of contracts /liliAnalysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer /liliTo plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes /liliTo ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost,



performances and investments are delivered according to the specification /liliTo ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency /liliTo ensure documentation update on the tender database /liliTo ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time /liliTo plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate manner /li /ulh3WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE /h3ulliDegree in legal or economic discipline /liliPrevious experience in tender management /liliExperience in management of supplier procurement portals /liliKnowledge of public procurement Italian regulation /liliExperience in Construction, Caterers, Professional Kitchen sector preferred /liliGood with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database for analysis and presentation of data /liliFluent Italian is mandatory, good level of English /liliCustomer focus /liliPro-active approach /liliAbility to handle many contacts /liliAnalytical and structured approach /liliAbility to handle many simultaneous tasks /liliHigh ability to prioritize /liliDriver in continuous improvement /liliFacilitate cross-collaboration between different department /liliAmbitious and target oriented /liliSelf-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workload /liliTeam player /liliAdaptable,
