The Site Manager is responsible for the overall on-site execution of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery in line with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations for solar PV construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors (civil, mechanical, electrical) and site teamsEnsure compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety cultureMonitor project schedule and progress, reporting to the Project ManagerOversee installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and cablingEnsure quality control and adherence to design and engineering specificationsInterface with xlwpduy clients, consultants, and local authorities when requiredManage site logistics, materials, and equipmentSupport commissioning and handover activitiesReference will be given to candidates currently based in Italy.
