The opportunity: We are looking to hire an experienced SRE to become a Services BU Lead with strong leadership capabilities. You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with a focus on high-quality delivery.

Salary: 45 K - 67.5 K Responsibilities: Analyze designs and implement complex infrastructures

- Challenge team processes, seeking improvements
- Communicate with self-awareness
- Set direction for the delivery of multiple services
- Identify strategic technical debt and provide cost/vantaggi analysis for its elimination
- Understand the business landscape and stakeholder expectations
- Lead recruiting efforts and capacity planning
- Assist team members with delivery when needed
- Produce quality metrics
- Manage team members with diverse skill sets effectively.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science





- Previous experience as an SRE Engineer (4-10 years)
- Good knowledge of Cloudera cluster management
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/Scala, Bash, Python
- Deep understanding of UNIX/Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, and security practices;

Experience with at least one cloud provider among Azure, AWS, and GCP

- Expertise in cloud-native technologies, Ia C, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills
