**TotalEnergies Italia Servizi is seeking an IT Business & Performance Leader. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital projects, collaborating with business lines across all TotalEnergies entities in Italy and managing the project portfolio. You will also lead a small team. You'll thrive in a dynamic international environment, collaborating with passionate individuals in their field, always brimming with ideas.
- Preferably a Master's degree in computer engineering, solid technical knowledge across all IT areas (Telecom, Windows, Software, IT project Management);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with previous project management experience;
- Excellent command of both Italian and English languages;
- Strong relationship-building skills, listening ability, problem-solving aptitude, innovation, and proactiveness; Leadership skills, team development, and management capabilities.
- **Activités**
- Responsible for significant IS/Business related projects throughout the year, handling the functional analysis as well as the technical implementation;
- Manage information security and cybersecurity by offering awareness, consultancy,



advice and practical assistance throughout the affiliate and by promoting the importance of managing information security risks more efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement IST key performance indicators and ensure regular updates by all IST departments;
- Analyzes the needs of the business lines, verifies the adequacy of the IS supporting the activities of the business, and proposes innovative solutions (process and / or technical) to meet the needs expressed;
- Manages the relationship with suppliers, oversees the realization of SLAs. Benchmarks IT suppliers’ offerings and ensures appropriate suppliers selections;
- Ensure technical support, operational assistance, and quality assurance for the different business units;
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance of Digital solution, analyze and optimize the cost of IT services;
- Support the IT Manager in the establish an IT Shared Services at the country level particularly in the area of infrastructure and user services combining the various teams in charge of these aspects within each LBU; Build, in collaboration with the IT Manager,



the IT roadmap taking into account central roadmap and local IT/IT Métier and Digital projects following the process defined at the Company level and define the IT local strategy. **Contexte et environnement**
