Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer, based in Milan, to work as the Personal Technical Assistant to Senior Management. **Responsibilities**:
**_ The main skills we are looking for this resource are:_**
- Social skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly decisive person capable of seeking answers when any information is not available
- High commitment
- Technical skills at least as 2nd /3th level
- Italian language is a plus
- A Microsoft certification is desirable
- Knowledge on networking and communication
- Knowledge on Mobile IOS/Android Qualifications: - This person have to take care of all technical issue of Senior Leadership and thier office team.
- If unable to resolve the issue directly, experience in identifying and interfacing the correct team to solve in short time
- Work with Senior Management secretaries to prevent technical issues during business travel
- Maintain and update the devices of Senior Management and their team in agreement with secretary.
- Availability for after hours on-call support required
