**This role in summary** As an intern you will manage Europe Information Technology PMO operations for IT Spending, supporting the partnership with the Global IT team, as well as Europe Procurement and Finance team. The priorities will be to ensure Budget & P4G (program for Growth) initiatives alignment and month end closure process integration with Finance and Budget Owners. Deliverables are Month end Closure preparation and P4G reporting. **Your responsibilities will include**
- Keep IT Spending tool aligned with Forecast / Actuals
- Report all P4G action and keep following status
- Work with Budget owners to ensure right Forecast / Actuals reporting
- Month end Closure support for Finance
- Report Outlook, and Month End closure
- Work on continuous PMO - P4G tools improvements **Minimum requirements** Are you
- a Master’s Degree student or fresh graduate in Finance or Economics?
- fluent in Italian and in English?
- a good user of Microsoft Office tools?




- interested in Finance and new technologies (IT / Artificial Intelligence) environment?
