Senior Program Manager - Robotics Deployment and Experimentation, RME New Technology Integration Job ID: 10481204 | Amazon EU SARL (Italy Branch) - D68 As a Senior Deployment and Experimentation Lead of New Technology Introduction, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers and partners. You will engage customers to understand and document business requirements, drive problems solution and manage implementation programs. You will balance business needs with technical constraints, striving to find the right solution for each customer while maintaining a strong focus on standards, scalability and supportability.

You will also strategically drive continuous improvement, develop program documentation and influence the technical roadmaps. The ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and customers at remote sites around the world will make you successful in this role. There will also be an element of international travel when required.

Key job responsibilities Manage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations business partners to drive increases to Robotic asset performance. Identify business risks and needs of new products to successfully stand‐up a maintenance program. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Effectively interact and collaborate with Customers, Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. Lead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex technical projects and programs.

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.





About the team The RME NTI team manages the introduction of new equipment into the maintenance engineering teams portfolio. We aim to improve the reliability and maintainability of new equipment being introduced into our fulfillment network.

Basic Qualifications Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non‐automated material handling equipment 5+ years of product or program management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools Experience building and evaluating system‐level technical design Experience in some or all of the following areas: Automated conveyors systems or controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics, industrial PC literature, N. C Experience introducing new and experimental robotic assets to the field Experience in Technical Training, Supply Chain or Vendor Qualification Experience delivering large scale maintenance programs for autonomous vehicles Technical understanding of: robotics system components/controls, HMI components, control network components, motion control, and standard electrical components Understanding of: 480 V 3‐phase, 110 VAC, and 24 VDC systems Ability to interpret, modify,



and develop drawings both mechanical and electrical Ability to identify, maintain, and utilize SCADA systems and KPIs Experience with global programs including team members or stakeholders from different cultures, languages, and time zones Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills for technical and business audiences Understand and critically evaluate technical systems end‐to‐end for strengths, weaknesses, impacts and improvements Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills Ability to influence others in a technical role and interact with all levels of management Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
