2) Issue of Daily Sales report
3) Issue of CSL report
4) Month end process:
- Commercial Agreements reconciliation COPA vs Accounting- Artwork and Product testing reports- Check on Divisional Overheads- Quarterly update of Provision file for Sales Agents 5) Year end process: support HoF in identify needs for commercial accruals
6) IP process:
- Check on volumes built by Demand Planners for the region.- Check on prices and margins according to the latest information. 7) Financial forecast, annual budget and 5 Year Planning process:
- Following the IP process, add overlays if SD,



Plant or other stakeholders ask for them.- Divisional Overheads build.- Bridges vs previous budgets/forecasts- Margin analysis 8) Regional Business Team: Support SD and HoF on reporting the Sales and Divisional Overheads part.
9) Promotional activity: Report promotional impact according to the latest information.
10) Prepare and lead a monthly review for KAMs
11) Price tracker input.
12) Ad-hoc reports.
