RNT manufactures and commercializes a Class II Medical Device under MDR regulation for cognitive rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities Your tasks will focus on the realization of customer satisfaction, because as a B2B customer centric business we believe that the success of solutions depends above all on the health and satisfaction of the activated customer network. **#** **Area** **Activities and Responsibilities** 1 **User Research**
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations 2 **Wireframing**
- Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows. 3 **Prototyping**
- Develop interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma 4 **Visual Design**
- Design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility 5 **Collaboration**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on designs 6 **Usability Testing**
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement with collaboration of QARA department 7 **Iterative Design**
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and user testing results 8 **Design System Maintenance**
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms. 9 **Documentation**

**1** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction,



or a related field is preferredGeneral knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 13485);
General knowledge of Medical Device Regulation 2017/745;
Knowledge of IEC 62366 Medical devices Application of usability engineering to medical devices Knowledge of ISO 14971 Medical devices — Application of risk management to medical devices **2** **Experience** Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work Proven experience on medical device field with knowledge about international standards on UI applied to medical device **3** **Technical skills** Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, **Adobe XD (plus)**, **Figma (preferred)**, or similar tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. **4** **Communication** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Italian. **5** **User-Centric Approach** Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. **6** **Soft skills** Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions. Open to work in an Agile environment Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
