We are searching for a motivated and experienced **Product Manager** to join our **Rollerblade** team. This person will be in charge of leading and overseeing at a global level the development, production, and delivery of skating products, managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with our brand’s commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. In particular, the activities will be: - Define project objectives, timelines, and key milestones for new and existing skating product lines with a consumer centric view.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Oversee the design and prototyping process for skating products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer feedback.
- Present the collection at International Key Accounts and during Sales Meetings.
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance processes to meet performance and safety standards.




- Manage product launch timelines, ensuring readiness for market entry.
- Stay up to date with skating industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Gather and analyse market data and customer insights to guide product decisions.
- Benchmark competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment across departments, resolving conflicts and addressing bottlenecks.
- Identify potential risks related to supply chain, manufacturing, or market conditions, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs (e.g., time-to-market, budget adherence, and quality metrics). Prepare and present reports on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned. **Requisiti**:
The ideal profile has the following characteristics: - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in business, Design, Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years ideally in Product Management.
- Knowledge of the European sporting goods market.
- Proficient in English and at least 1 more major European language (Italian will be a plus).
- Passion for skating will be a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
