**POSITION OVERVIEW** **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Engineering Manager in carrying out the daily activities
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of the hotel premises
- Take care of electrical and plumbing tasks and activities
- Support the Engineering Manager in administrative tasks such as budget preparation, purchase orders and capex
- Establish and maintain labor relations with external suppliers and partners
- Support the Engineering Manager in IT related activities if needed. **QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-year minimum experience in a similar position and in a 5* hotel.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering




- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations together with familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems are all vital
- The ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly combined with problem solving aptitude are of high importance.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills are core characteristics for the position
- Experience in administrative processes (e.g. support in budgeting, performance management, purchase orders and CAPEX) would be considered as important assets
- Availability to work shifts and bank holidays
