Your key responsibilities will include: - Build strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendations
- Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas
- Maximize sales through up-selling and responding to guest needs promptly
- Stay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team members
