The M&A; Team in Italy is growing and looking for a motivated, Risk Consultant to join them! The team is currently going through a period of significant growth while servicing a large client base. Consultants work on a wide range of projects, including ESG management consultancy, advisory, and due diligence covering decarbonization.

Audit environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues to help companies identify reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development. Assist on risk side due diligence for ESG and ESG strategy for asset managers and funds, including work related to the Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and ESG reporting for asset managers and corporates. Support project managers with research, report writing,



proposal preparation and other requested activities.

Deliver multiple project tasks or components, including proposals.

Experience in risk management and consulting environments. Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Finance or other relevant disciplines. Working knowledge of Italian and English (C1 level); additional languages (French and/or Spanish) considered a plus. Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
