Planning & Fulfillment Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
We are searching for a Material Planner who will join our Electrification business located in Dalmine. As an intern you can contribute to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory and forecast accuracy supported by lean tools whenever applicable and collaboration with the different stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain. You will report to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division within the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: - Monitoring suppliers’ performances in terms of on-time delivery, in particular Far East - Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules - Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action. - Feeding information on production capacity issues and material availability to the assigned Agile virtual team (Squad). - Collaborating with Buyers for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead-time,



and flexibility. - Managing MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on a daily basis; supporting cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting. - Expediting parts and managing quick ship requests, communicating and expediting material issues. - Supporting Planning & Fulfillment team in aligning material availability to business targets. - Supporting internal customer service inquiries and organization in reaching inventory targets and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. **Qualifications for the role**: - Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular on Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar) are considered a plus;
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- You are creative, innovative and digitally smart;
- You possess ownership and a problem solving attitude, are result-oriented;
- You have a teamwork attitude, good communication skills, and courage, which complete the profile. **More about us**:
