To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an **CRM Specialist** to join our team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health market. **The Role**:
As a **CRM Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing high-impact Customer Relationship Management strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, as well as strengthening the alliance between our therapists and the platform. This role requires **a deep understanding of customer journey touchpoints, both inside and outside the app**, recognizing key triggers and entry points to create highly effective CRM campaigns. You will also need to master **UX/UI content and persuasive copywriting** to craft engaging,



conversion-driven messaging. **AS A CRM SPECIALIST YOU WILL**: - Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Map out customer journey touchpoints, identifying triggers and entry points to deliver personalized, context-aware CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, data) to gather insights and optimize customer segmentation and messaging.
- Craft engaging UX/UI content and persuasive copy that enhances user experience and drives conversion.
- Design and execute A/B testings to refine messaging, optimize touchpoints, and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance and user behavior to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders (marketing, product, design).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new CRM strategies to continuously enhance customer engagement. **️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, with expertise in Braze or similar Marketing Automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of **c**ustomer journey touchpoints, behavioral triggers, and entry points to maximize CRM effectiveness.




- Excellent UX/UI content writing and persuasive copywriting skills to drive engagement and conversions.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze CRM performance, define testing hypotheses, set KPIs, and translate results into strategic improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
