The “**H-FARM Summer Academy**” summer project offers a chance for children/youth ages 5 to 19 to have an immersive experience on digital and sports topics in English at Europe's most innovative campus. **WORK HOURS AND LOCATION**
From June 22 to August 8.
From Sunday afternoon to Friday morning. Daily from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. at H-FARM Campus at Ca' Tron in Roncade, TV.
Some experiences may last the entire weekend. **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage back office activities: preparing communications and taking care of family requests
- Take care of the relationship with families during the experience
- Know how to listen to families' requests, identify the need and know how to provide the right support for the resolution of any difficulties
- Have direct contact with professional support figures in the management of activities (e.g., nursing staff, counselors, kitchen staff) **REQUISITES - HARD SKILL**




- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1-C2 level)
- Experience in education such as summer camps, au pairs, tutoring, after-school activities **REQUIREMENTS - SOFT SKILLS**
- Management and mediation of interpersonal relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills, able to work independently.
- Enjoy working in teams to build a positive and welcoming community.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to resolve problem situations in a calm and constructive manner **NICE TO HAVE**
- Educational background in humanities or linguistics, education science, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, social sciences
