The Packing Operator role is responsible for handling the movement of raw materials and packing of finished products, in alignment with GMP, Food Safety Policies. Key responsibilities include:
Operate packing equipment for finished product in the production area Ensure all packaging is completed, in alignment with work instructions, quality procedures and product specifications Complete weight and label checking paperwork in alignment with company policy Correctly follow and complete packing to production schedule Preparation and completion of accurate records for auditing purposes Complete hygiene activities in line with company policy Participate in stock taking activities Perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Production Manager Ensure all quality procedures and good manufacturing practices are applied within the area,



and are compliant with HACCP and food handling standards Assist in implementing new quality procedures Assist in the continual development and roll out of documentation within the production facility Perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by Quality & Warehouse Supervisor Work efficiently and safely according to standards outlined in all company policies and procedures Actively participate in all safety initiatives, procedures and forums Timely reporting of all incidents, near misses and hazards All correspondence will be dealt with in strict confidence.
