Essential Duties And Responsibilities Offering personalized tailoring services to craft distinctive pieces that not only meet the customer’s desires but also contribute to extending the lifespan of each product and related memories. Delivering a comprehensive suite of clothing repair and alteration services, including hand embroidery, typographic embroidery, machine embroidery, patch application, crystal or stud application, basic alterations and tailoring, button replacement,



adding pins and brooches. Developing a showcase catalog featuring unique embroidery designs and examples of customized products, inviting customers to explore the possibilities of personal expression through fashion. Providing expert advice and recommendations on bespoke services, empowering customers to make choices that best reflect their individuality and style. Collaborate with the team in sales, pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and, in general, in all activities relating to the store. Ensure that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling. Passionately convey the brand’s vision and heritage to clients, representing its values authentically, infusing GG brand identity to co-create GG items consistently and in a respectful way.
