The Education Specialist (Intern) supports the management and development of the technical education area dedicated to clients, particularly hair salons - reporting directly to the Global Education Manager. This role involves assisting in the organization and execution of technical courses and seminars, as well as handling operational tasks related to education events. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support the management of client registrations for seminars/projects.
- Assist in organizing, welcoming, and coordinating courses.
- Help prepare seminar materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations).




- Welcome clients and resolve potential administrative or logístical issues.
- Provide training support for travel bookings (hotels, services, etc.).
- Support training activities for Business Units and international distributors.
- Assist the technical-stylistic team in preparing presentations and content for seminars. **Requisiti**:
**Requirements**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Economics, Communication, or similar disciplines.
- Fluent Italian and English (C1/C2 level); knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
