The role supports the Talent & Development team in the implementation of talent and development processes across the organization, especially through the interaction with HRBPs, contributing to the cascading of Corporate strategy and gaining exposure to Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development activities within the Italy HR team. --- Your role
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating Talent Acquisition processes, supporting HRBPs and hiring managers in ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Support HRBP in the execution of the initial phases of recruiting processes (e.g. CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback to candidates)
