The position is based in Milan, (Italy). Mission Satisfy and retain customers under your responsibility by high standard service Manage the processing of customers sales orders and Principals purchase order through to delivery, ensuring customers and Principals satisfaction.



Manage all related customer service and administrative processes Support Sales Managers in the relationship with customers and Principals Main Accountabilities Act as direct point of contact for customers Ensure correct and timely sales and purchase orders processing, including logistics service up to delivery, invoicing and dispute management Ensure compliance with all QA and SHE requirements, procedures and working instructions Interact with Principals, Forwarders and Warehouses to allow efficient order follow-up. Work effectively with the reference Sales Manager and with the various support services. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE An experience in sales assistantship or sales/logistics administration is preferable You are autonomous and proactive and able to organize, plan, and prioritize work based on activity.
