- _Proactively support the service delivery team contributing to the success of the Marine & Offshore and LR as a wholes_
- _ Survey at equipment manufacturer’s works for both verification and certification requirements._
- _ Provide technical assistance, as requested, to Marine & Offshore Surveyors in other operating regions._
- _ Control of ‘management of change’ processes for a variety of clients_
- _ Prepare/Review Performance Standards and Written Schemes of Verification._
- _ Support opportunities for business in the local area_
- _ Provide good control of assigned work, including communicating with clients, financial control, and timely and accurate reporting._
- _ Take an active role in all work in the area, proactively managing contracts with a focus on service delivery, retention and developing client relationships._
- _ Work closely with colleagues from other departments and business streams, encouraging collaboration and supporting business interests._
- _ Work in accordance with role profile and behavioural competencies for the band and work with the team to ensure that they achieve their behavioural competencies for their band._ **_ What you bring_**




- _ Sufficient knowledge to obtain authorisations to enable survey of electrical and mechanical aspects_
- _ Preferred but not necessary: Experience of verification and/or class, statutory and engineering experience with a working knowledge of international codes and standards _
- _A proven track record of relevant transferable skills and experience._
- _ Strategic thinking recognises how own work contributes to the team’s objectives._
- _ Change management skills; understands the need for change and can adapt own independent specialist role/team working processes to accommodate such change_
