PRODUCT ENGINEER (FULL STACK) We are looking for a Product Engineer with a strong backend focus to design and deliver new features for Leaf Business, our commercial customer portal and billing platform. As the primary Product Engineer for Leaf Business, you will take ownership of architecture decisions, feature delivery, system integrations, and the continuous improvement of the platform. In this role, you will own the full development lifecycle of features, from requirements definition to deployment, while working closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

Design, implement, and test new features and RESTful APIs for the Leaf Business platform (customer portal and billing systems) Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery Develop backend services, business logic, and integrations with commercial systems Build and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js to support operational and commercial workflows Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions Integrate third-party services and internal systems via APIs Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues,



and ensure system reliability Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation Optimize system performance and proactively propose improvements Use GitLab for version control, collaboration, and code reviews Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Equivalent practical experience in software development is also considered Strong experience in full-stack development with a backend focus (3–5 years of professional experience preferred) Proficiency in Python and JavaScript Experience with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks Solid understanding of API design and integration Experience with Docker and containerized applications Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud environments (GCP or similar) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of system integration and microservices architectures Experience in the telecommunications sector UI/UX design skills Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ) Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement A fast‑paced and professional environment within a rapidly growing space scale‑up Challenging projects with real impact on the global space ecosystem An international and diverse workplace Comprehensive benefits package, including a welfare platform, meal vouchers, a hybrid work policy supporting work-life balance, and training opportunities Reports to: Head of Engineering Experienced professional Lomazzo (Como), Italy (up to 2 remote working days per week) 35-40K gross annual salary Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including welfare platform and meal vouchers Expected start date: as soon as possible #
