the hotel has two versatile function rooms. **About the job** Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the IT Department in Milan, the IT Coordinator intern supports all colleagues and IT team. The intern reports to the IT Director. **As IT Coordinator intern, you will responsible for the following duties**: - Categorize IT needs requests
- Supporting the Admin task of the IT Department
- Assist with SOPs and inventory tasks
- Have a solid knowledge of using PCs, Laptops and Office suite
- Assist the IT Department in logging cases of hotel guests’ requests **As**IT Coordinator intern, we expect from you**: - Fluent English and Italian
- Computer system training
- College Education or equivalent highly preferred
