**Junior Project Manager Officer**:
HSPI S.p.A. is a strategic and management consulting company founded in 2003 and now part of TXT Group, a multinational operating in the engineering and IT sectors.
HSPI is currently seeking a Junior PMO for its Rome office.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Monitoring of the Client’s IT supply contracts;
Operational and financial analysis of activities reported by suppliers;
Producing Excel reports based on the analysis of supplier reporting;
Support activities for Project Management functions;
Participation in calls and in-person meetings with the Client (e.g., progress reviews, deep-dives on IT and infrastructure topics);
Drafting meeting minutes and preparing presentations to support the Client;
Interacting with various stakeholders involved in the project.
**Required Technical Skills**:
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint,



Word);
Degree in Economics or Engineering;
Basic knowledge of Project Management methodologies;
Ability to draft clear and structured formal documents.
