**Project Proposal Manager** We are looking for a Proposal Manager to take a key role in the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial project proposals for national and international funding calls. You will work at the intersection of technical teams, project management, and business development, ensuring that proposals meet high quality standards, deadlines, and funding agency requirements. You will be directly involved in shaping the next generation of Paradigma Technologies’ projects in space communications and satellite systems. **Main Responsibilities**
- Management of proposal timelines, deliverables, and administrative requirements.
- Interaction with technical experts to collect and synthesize content.
- Preparation of supporting documents (budget, compliance forms, consortium agreements).
- Management of calls from ESA, European Commission, national agencies, and other institutional entities.
- Quality control and alignment with strategic company objectives. **Required Skills**: - Excellent writing and organizational skills.Experience in proposal writing for technical or engineering projects.




- Comfortable with technical English (spoken and written).
- Must speak at least one of: Italian, Slovenian, or English.
- Must have EU citizenship.
- Attention to details, deadline-driven, proactive. **Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with funding programs (European Commission and ESA programs, etc.).
- Background in scientific or technical fields.
- Previous experience in the NewSpace industry.
