**Role Purpose** **Your Key Responsibilities** **Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**: - Manage the end-to-end tender process for public hospital procurement, from opportunity identification to submission and post-award follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales force, pricing, legal, and supply chain teams to gather required documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with public hospital customers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness throughout the tender process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements related to public procurement.
- Monitor tender portals and proactively identify relevant opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive offers using internal tools and systems.
- Maintain and update tender documentation and records in SAP and other internal systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for reporting, communication, and documentation.

**Essential Requirements**: - Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and procedures in Italy.




- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Familiarity with hospital procurement platforms and e-procurement tools
