- Foster an initiative-taking HSE culture: Collaborate with the HSE function, Real Estate Regional Leads, Country Real Estate Managers, and Project Managers to increase awareness, engage team members in HSE programs, and promote a learning culture.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Align projects, from construction to facilities management, with Hitachi Energy's HSE Operating System, and country and local legislation.
- Develop and maintain HSE competency: Equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and responsibly.
- Support supplier and contractor management: Collaborate with external parties to ensure they adhere to Hitachi Energy's HSE standards. **Your Background**: - Proven experience in HSE management within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
