**IT System Technician - DHA Medical Treatment Facility Support** **Overview** **Core Responsibilities**

Maintain accurate documentation of all IT equipment using DHA systems including DMLSS. Track asset movements, conduct periodic audits, manage disposal of surplus items, and ensure compliance with license tracking and DHA policies.
- **General IT Support Services**
Aid in workstation setup, software installations, and network troubleshooting. Maintain organized workspaces that align with DHA IT security standards and participate in ongoing training opportunities. Additional technical support tasks may be delegated by senior staff. **Key Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience**
- **Certifications (preferred)**: - CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- **Technical & Domain Expertise**
Must possess hands-on experience with telephony systems and basic IT support practices, including familiarity with help desk operations, IT ticketing platforms,



and inventory lifecycle practices.
- **Skills & Attributes**: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lift and move IT hardware weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must work independently while supporting collaborative team operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common desktop software.
- **Compliance**
