On site **YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter - Receptionist** YellowSquare is looking for a reliable, professional, and proactive **Night Porter - Receptionist** for our Rome hostel. This role is the heartbeat of our nights: you’ll be the go-to person for our guests when the sun goes down, balancing administrative precision with a watchful eye on the hostel’s safety. **What you’ll do**: - Dealing with bookings and managing the front desk during the night shift;- Completing smooth Check-in and Check-out procedures;- Preparing bills, taking payments, and ensuring financial accuracy;- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, and entrances to maintain a safe environment;- Handling guest complaints or technical problems with a problem-solving mindset;- Acting as the first point of contact for any emergencies during the night. **What you’ll bring**:
