Our kitchen is led by award-winning **Chef Patron Raphael Duntoye.** We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to prepare mise-en-place before each service and assist in cooking and presenting dishes during service as directed by the Chef de Partie, ensuring all work meets Gio Gio’s standards.
