**Description** We are looking for dentists who want to develop their professional careers in the Netherlands. You will work as a self-employed professional under a collaboration agreement with our Dutch partner organisation. Their team will provide comprehensive support with the administrative and tax-related procedures associated with your professional activity, allowing you to focus fully on your clinical work as a dentist. **Benefits of working as a dentist in the Netherlands**
- Gross remuneration of between €5,500 and €8,000 per month, consisting of a fixed component plus a bonus.
- A 30% tax reduction during the first five years.
- After the tax reduction, the estimated salary would be approximately €4,200 net per month, plus the bonus.
- The bonus amounts to 30% of the revenue generated.
- This bonus ranges from €1,000 to €4,000 per month, depending on experience, treatments performed, workload and other factors.
- After paying rent—estimated at €1,200 per month—and expenses such as food and transport—estimated at €1,000 per month—monthly savings of approximately €2,000 to €3,500 are expected, depending on the premio received.
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week across one or two dental clinics.
- 25 days of holiday per year.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday mornings. There may also be one or two late or evening shifts per week.
- Modern tools and equipment provided at no cost to the dentist.
- Comprehensive support with relocation, integration into Dutch society and finding accommodation.
Accommodation will be arranged in the destination area.
- Comprehensive management of administrative procedures by the local team, including administration, tax returns, and quarterly and annual tax obligations.

- Participation in social events, such as gatherings and barbecues, to help you build a social life in the Netherlands.
- Assistance in finding a school for your children and support with enrolment and the relevant administrative procedures.
- Comprehensive support in adapting to Dutch dental protocols and the working methods used in dental clinics in the Netherlands. **Requirements**: - Degree in Dentistry or currently in the fourth year of the degree.
- Citizenship of a European Union Member State.
- Medium level of English is required.
- A B2+ level of Dutch is required. If you do not yet hold the relevant certificate, we offer a tailored language and cultural training programme to prepare you and support your successful integration.
- Willingness to sign a three-year contract with our partner organisation in the Netherlands.
