Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinates and manages all Site activities associated with the Company's assigned projects including management of all project staffs and sub-contractors responsibilities
- Manage all the activities and technical aspects including product design, product testing, manufacturing, installation & erection and ensure the works align the requirements of the project
- Represent the Company to Liaise with Main Contractor, Consultants, Client and lead the project team towards the execution of efficient, cost effective works and cost control
- Monitor the materials logistic and record of all on-site equipment & facilities
- Report on material compliance after testing and submit reports for approval in accordance with the Quality Assurance Policy
- Co-ordinate all project matters and rectify problems encountered on site installation until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Maintain Project programmes and ensure compliance to Contract Conditions
- Monitor monthly progress payment application and variation claims,



including suppliers/ sub-contractor’s progress payment
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the Team Head if necessary

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Building / Construction Studies or equivalent
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in managing construction projects; with 5 years in façade contracting works
- Strong knowledge on both design and site technical matters
- Willingness to take lead on solving technical and commercial problems
- Readiness to take on challenging tasks for highly complex projects or high profile projects
- Good interpersonal communication/presentation skill, strong sense of responsibility, independent, willing to travel and work overtime when needed
- Good Computer Skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
