New Tread

Design – Develop and optimize new tread patterns, creating 2D/3D models and validating solutions with FEA tools.

Range





Extension – Adapt tread designs for new tire sizes by scaling parameters and managing documentation. Geometrical & CAD Modeling – Standardize and improve CAD modeling techniques, ensuring seamless data exchange.

Predictive

Analysis – Develop and implement predictive models for tread performance (fatigue, noise, wet/dry behavior). Research & Innovation – Enhance tread design methodologies through automation, integration, and new modeling techniques.
