Strong hands‑on engineering mindset – more technician/designer than manager; ideally a former Lead Designer / Head of Mechanical Design. Proven track record in machine concept design, including creation and evaluation of mechanical concepts for high‑performance production systems.

Deep technical know‑how and practical experience in one or more of the following battery‑cell manufacturing process steps: Cell packing Experience designing machines and production equipment with focus on: Design to Cost (cost‑conscious engineering decisions) Industry Experience ~ Recent, hands‑on involvement in designing, executing, or commissioning projects with gigascale battery cell manufacturers (Gigafactories). Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in complex production environments. Comfortable working in cross‑functional engineering teams.

English‑speaking; optional English course/training can be offered to strengthen communication skills if required. Highly practical, implementation‑driven mindset. Willingness to challenge existing solutions and push for continuous improvement.
