Role Overview We are looking for a Sales professional with a background in standard integrally geared centrifugal compressor technology to fill the Direct Business Area Manager position at our European Head Office. Focusing primarily on Italian and European markets, the role will oversee the sales strategy and market development for industrial turbo compressors and related auxiliaries, requiring strong sales management and business development expertise in industrial sectors.Develop effective sales strategies and plans in line with management business objectives, goals and targets.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent plus at least five years of experience in rotating equipment (turbo machinery preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.Good understanding of instrument air compressor applications in the industrial sector (glass, steel, chemical, pharmaceutical,
