Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a Digital & Open Innovation Specialist to join its IT Department. The resource, reporting to the Digital & Open Innovation Senior Manager, will support the management of a cross-functional team of Open Innovation Champions composed of colleagues from all BUs of the company. In particular, they will be responsible for:
- Promoting the culture of innovation within Lactalis Italia by working on projects in collaboration with other Business Units;
- Supporting the analysis of innovation trends and scouting for innovative solutions to identify opportunities and respond to business needs;
- Contributing to the promotion of the culture of innovation, supporting internal programs and initiatives such as Lacta Innova - an entrepreneurship program;
- Collaborating with startups and external partners, contributing to the organization of innovation initiatives: Innodays,



Call4Startup, workshops and events;
- Supporting the management of digital projects and innovation pilot projects, contributing to their initiation, monitoring, and progress.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree/Master's achievement;
- Previous work experience of 2-5 years;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, knowledge of Copilot will be considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
- Empathy, curiosity, and determination in problem-solving;
- Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork;
- Strong propensity for innovation and digital.

KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION
- Workplace: Milan;
- Availability to travel to Group offices.
