Purpose of the position: As 1st Offshore Construction Shift Supervisor,
you will be part of the Asset Based Services BL (ABSER) within the Offshore Operations Department. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Coordinate work and manpower on board for the assigned shift in compliance with Project specification, in order to ensure efficient performance and respecting HSE and Quality procedures and practices
- Assist the Offshore Construction Manager with regard to interdisciplinary coordination of all works on board
- Supervise the team of foremen and supervisors, with regard to the various disciplines/categories of construction and assembly work, in order to comply with the quality and safety standard
- Coordinate the construction activities during the shift and optimise all production phases
- Ensure that the Offshore Construction Manager is kept fully informed of potential problems and construction status
- Liaise with Chief Mate, 2nd Engineer and Vessel Equipment Engineer in order to
