Strong experience managing complex cross-border deal processes and external stakeholder Skills Advanced understanding of valuation, financial modelling and scenario analysis. Ability to challenge technical assumptions and external advisors. Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural stakeholder management. Solid knowledge of European renewable regulatory frameworks. High autonomy, ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced environments. Fluent English; Italian, Spanish, French or Portuguese are a plus.
