BYD Milan Design Studio is seeking Senior/Chief Automotive CMF Designers to integrate Italian and European premium CMF aesthetics into BYD's global automotive design. As the core link between styling design and mass production, you will create unique CMF solutions and build BYD's exclusive CMF design DNA.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial/Material/Textile/Fashion Design
- Mandatory professional CMF design portfolio
- Sensitivity to luxury & CMF trends
- Ability to work in a multicultural international team.
- Ability to deliver production-ready CMF schemes Extensive CMF leadership experience (top automotive/luxury brands, European experience preferred)
- Strong strategic innovation & cross-cultural management capabilities Lead the studio’s CMF strategy and innovation roadmap
- Build & manage an international CMF team and nurture talents
- Liaise with global design/engineering/supplier teams to drive CMF design realization Type of Employment: Full-time. #
